Oklahoma Republican female voter reveals who she may vote for in Oklahoma’s 2nd US Congressional & Presidential election 2012. She’s leaning Dakota Woods & Markwayne Mullin for US congress; but since she had not seen all of the GOP candidates she said she could change her mind. But she did say that her liking for Mullin & Woods was because they seemed strong & forceful.
Voter says she prefers Rick Santorum for President, but since he’s unlikely to win GOP nomination, she said she’d probably vote for Mitt Romney. When asked about Newt, the voter strongly replied he was dirty, a big government progressive & lack morals & character. However, voter felt Mitt was not that conservative, but that she would chose him over Newt based on morals & character.
This interview was on January 31, 2012 in McAlester, OK at a GOP event held at Angel’s Diner.
I plan to do more video polling of Republican voters at forthcoming Oklahoma GOP events so as to get a feel for how GOP voters are leaning.
With Democrat State Senator Richard Lerblance bowing out of next race, Oklahoma republicans are backing GOP Larry Boggs to win the seat in next election in District 7.
Also, Oklahoma republicans are just down right excited about their slate of GOP candidates to take democrat Dan Boren US Congressional seat (2nd district).
At this Oklahoma GOP event, we watched a televised Oklahoma Congressional debate moderated by Oklahoma’s Lieutenant Governor Todd Lamb, in 6 GOP candidates participated. The 6 GOP candidates aiming to take Democrat Dan Boren seat are: Dustin Rowe, George Faught, Markwayne Mullin, Wayne Pettigrew, Dakota Woods and Dwayne Thompson. http://www.georgefaught.com http://www.mullinforcongress.com http://www.pettrigrewuscongress.com http://www.roweforcongress.us http://www.dwaynethompson.org

George Faught - Art of Persuasion
Oklahoma’s George Faught, US Congress republican candidate for 2012 election, explains hows to persuade democrat politicians.
For me, its hard to figure out what’s in the mind of politicians when they interact with their constituents. So Faught explains & illustrates how constituents should approach their politician (especially democrats). What he basically said was that (as a republican) don’t let the democrat politician see you as the enemy. Interestingly, Faught raise bees as a hobby. In reference to the bees Faught raises, he said why would you do something for the things that would sting or hurt you.
My personal take: When George Faught brought up the “bees” story / analogy, it moreso convinced me that he is a mild tempered politician w/a bed side manner like a doctor & may be great at conflict resolution. He seems comfortable w/himself, soothing & can definitely talk unscripted w/out notes or teleprompter. He seemed tangible; & his talks were more “fire-side or round table” that puts audience at ease. He was also witty & has sense of humor. I don’t want my readers to think Im biased or giving endorsement. I’m just giving my honest opinion about George Faught’s personality that I find noteworthy.
Now don’t get me wrong, Faught is no attack dog like Allen West or Joe Walsh. It would be great to have all three. I do know what Allen West & Walsh would do if they had a sting bee like Nancy Pelosi; BUT the question is how would Faught handle such a bee?
George Faught spoke at Pittsburg County Republican Womens meeting in McAlester, OK on July 28, 2011. Meeting was held at Angels Diner. Currently, the US congress seat in Oklahoma district 2 is held by democrat Dan Boren who will not seek re-election. Therefore, its open season on this seat for republicans to pick up. What makes this election for this seat so special is that District 2 is the only district in the entire state of Oklahoma that is democrat.
The uncle of Dustin Rowe said that Rowe went to the church & kneeled before the altar asking Jesus for direction about his intent to run for US Congress. He indicated that Rowe running for this congressional seat is a “Calling from God”.
Dustin Rowe is a country lawyer practicing in Tishomingo, Oklahoma & former mayor of that town. Though he has not officially thrown his hat in the ring & he’s expected to make announcement of his decision by end of July or sometime by middle of August. He spoke at the Pittsburg County GOP meeting on July 21, 2011 at Angels Diner in McAlester, Oklahoma.
The seat that Rowe is potentially seeking is currently held by Democrat Dan Boren in congressional district 2. Although, Oklahoma is an anti-Obama republican conservative state, district 2 is the only district in the entire state that is democrat. Boren will not seek reelection in 2012, so that makes this seat wide open.

News article about Dustin Rowe:
When duty calls our brave men and women again are on the ready to serve. Our Veterans – defenders of freedom – are stepping up to the plate at these town hall meetings.
A veteran at a townhall meeting in Mcalester, Oklahoma on 8/18/2009 informs congressman Dan Boren (D-OK) that he personally knows the cost of freedom from his 2 combat tours in Vietnam as crew chief on a MediVac helicopter. He tells Boren that he’s not sure he will vote for him again. The veteran voiced concerns of government intrusion into our homes and lives. “The Sleeping Giant Has Arose”, he added. He demanded a firm commitment from Congressman Boren that he will fight these intrusion on our life styles & wants a watchful eye on these politicians; & that as for him he told Boren: “You Give Me Liberty or You Give Me Death”
